Symach, the bespoke bodyshop builder, is looking forward to exhibiting at the Auto Trade EXPO at the Auto Trade EXPO, at Citywest Exhibition Centre, Dublin, October 22-23.

Symach builds automated body shops around the world, using a new repair process called FixLine. Developed by the Italian-based company, the FixLine system reduces the average cost of repair by 25 per cent and the key-to-key time by approximately two days.

The FixLine process includes all phases of repair and is customized for every shop to ensure increased productivity and optimal repair times. It incorporates Symach’s DryTronic technology, which drastically reduces drying times.

In addition to providing equipment, the company assists with the design of the work process and body shop layout. It also conducts a training programme for technicians and management that includes programming roles, daily scheduling of repairs, correctly managing spare parts flow, maintaining a weekly report and addressing KPIs.
