Ian has been involved in the clutch business since 1988 and originally had a company that specialised in reconditioning commercial clutches, while Karl has been involved in the commercial motor factor business for many years.

Switzer Clutches is an official commercial clutch distributor for Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket brand LuK, with its main customers being commercial Motor Factors.

The company also carries an extensive range of LuK car clutches.
